Complaints procedure for Woodlands Vale Management Company Limited
If you have initially made your contact verbally, whether face to face or over the telephone, please make it in writing to Woodlands Vale Management's Office at 7 Settrington Road Scarborough North Yorkshire YO12 5DL. This is to ensure we fully understand exactly what your complaint is and have a written record of it. Once we have received your written summary, we will contact you within 14 working days to inform you of our understanding of the circumstances leading to your complaint.
You will be invited to make any comments that you have in relation to this. Within 28 days of receipt of your written summary, the person dealing with your complaint will write to you in order to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.
